Laconia House is a spacious, open concept coastal home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a sunken, heated, spa located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Sebastian Highlands, Florida. It has a large, lush green yard and is newly remodeled with beautiful, comfortable furniture, inside and out. It's close to the ocean, restaurants, and daily entertainment, but quiet enough to retreat and relax after a fun day in the sun!
*Safety Considerations* This property is not child proofed and is not advisable for those families with small children.
*The garage houses a pool table and is not available for car or boat parking
*Security Blink Cameras* The home has Blink recording security cameras at every external entry door of the home and lanai. There is no recording or visualization of any living space.
*No bathtubs in the home

About the Owner

I purchased Laconia House to provide a safe, quiet, getaway for travelers like me who want coastal housing with proximity to the ocean, coastal restaurants and entertainment, but also a safe, comfortable, and peaceful place to retreat to at the end of a fun filled day at the crowded beach. I love to travel and often travel alone so needed a home where even a solo female could feel comfortable vacationing. Laconia House was the place.

The master bathroom does not have a tub. The private guest bathroom sits nestled between the North and South Guest bedrooms and is easily accessed from the main living space of the house. IT has a large, tiled step in shower with glass doors, a toilette and small vanity cabinet. There is a led lighted, portable makeup mirror in each bathroom. The private guest bathroom does not have a tub.
Sleeping Arrangements	3 Bedrooms, sleeps 1-6 Master Bedroom – 1 King bed South Guest Room – 1 Queen bed North Guest Bedroom – 1 Double bed The home has a very spacious master bedroom which has King sized bedroom ensemble with a new I Serta Comfort Series mattress, large ensuite attached master bathroom with huge, well-lit walk-in shower and a separate toilette room with a door. It also has a TV and Blue Ray player, large walk-in closet with full length mirror, and private access to the covered porch, spa, and lanai from its own door. The master bedroom is on the west side of the house and is separated from the other two bedrooms that are on the east side of the house by the kitchen and living room and has a locking door. The North bedroom has an heirloom bedroom set with a new Full Size I Serta Comfort Series mattress. The South guest bedroom has a large modern Queen-sized bedroom group with a new I Serta Comfort Series mattress. All bedrooms have bedside lamps with USB charging ports and plug surge protectors with additional plug slots and USB charging ports. The guest bedrooms do not have TV's in them.
