Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This house was recently remodeled and has new furniture and I Serta comfort series mattresses, Television in all bedrooms, bedside lights with USB charging and extra USB charging ports in each bedroom. It also has a fully furnished, large spring porch with attached lighted, lanai, a heated, lit, sunken spa and private, newly landscaped yard. There is a pool table and beach chairs/coolers for guest use on the property.;
